Returns Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on any online purchases. Once this period has past we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Warranty product does not fall under these guidelines.

Our customers may return full priced products for an exchange or store credit of the purchase price.

Unfortunately, Sale Items can only be exchanged for different size or other product and cannot be refunded.

Bendigo Cycles will not refund the shipping costs you paid for the initial purchase of the product.  Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. We will only refund the cost of the returned product, if it is deemed acceptable for return (see below for products that we do not accept for return under our change of mind policy).

 

Change-of-mind Policy
‘Change-of-mind’ includes purchases you have made in error e.g. Accidently ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.  

IMPORTANT!

Please email us at sales@bendigocycles.com.au before you send any goods back to us.

Your email must state your intention to return any goods and we will reply with an authorisation email and instructions for return.

Any goods received by us, without this process being complete may not be processed!

The following products are unable to be returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food or magazines,

  • Gift cards

  • Products that are of a sanitary nature (such as bib shorts)

  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases (such as lubricant or cleaners)

Any product that is altered, damaged, washed or worn in any way, or is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition) cannot be accepted as a return. This includes cycling shoes where cleats have been fitted. 

 

All products which are being returned are required to comply with the following:

  • Unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition.

  • We require that the product tags (still attached) and original packing be present with returned goods


If the Product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement, repair, or refund will be issued.

Customer will need to arrange for and pay return shipping expenses.

 

Any warranty products must be returned to Bendigo Cycles within 14 days of purchase to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you via email to notify you of the outcome from the return. Should a refund be required a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be aware that refunds can take several days to process through banking institutions.
