  • Any Bicycle or part purchased from Bendigo cycles is covered by manufacturer warranty*. Within the first 12 months of your purchase Bendigo Cycles will provide free warranty support for your product. This includes submission of warranty claims with manufacturer, labour for re-work or rebuilding of warranty affected parts and any applicable freight charges**. Any warranty claims made after this 12 month period may incur fees for workshop labour and freight.

    * Please refer to your products warranty policy for details specific to your product and manufacturer.

    ** Any workshop consumables to complete warranty re-work or repair are not covered and will be charged at RRP.

  • Any work carried out by our professional mechanics carries a 30 day workmanship guarantee. Within this 30 day period we are happy to assess and re-work anything that is not performing as it should after servicing*. Our goal is to have every bike that leaves our workshop operating as well as it can be so you can enjoy your riding. If you are unhappy with the performance of your bike after a service, please don’t hesitate to call us as soon as possible to discuss the issue.

    * All workmanship guarantee repairs will be assessed by our professional mechanics prior to any further repairs to ensure there has been no new damage or adjustment occur to the affected part since the time of original service. If new damage is deemed to be present, you will be notified and quoted for repair of the issue.
